Hayden Roach
Project Director

With over 15 years’ experience in commercial construction and infrastructure, Hayden brings sound leadership and clear thinking to complex projects. He’s worked across New Zealand and Australia, contributing to the delivery of commercial construction and civil infrastructure projects valued up to NZ$80 million. 

Hayden takes a practical, hands-on approach to project management. He understands what it takes to keep teams aligned, decisions timely, and projects moving — from early planning through to delivery. Known for his ability to see what’s coming and act early, Hayden helps clients reduce risk and maintain momentum when the stakes are high.

Tara Ryan
Project Manager / Bid Writer

With more than a decade of experience in the construction industry in both Australia and New Zealand, Tara has the insight and capability to help you achieve your project’s vision. Detail-focused, Tara ensures that Longview puts care into its work delivering projects.

With experience managing high-end renovations and reclad projects, Tara understands how to weigh options and guide decisions, so your vision is achieved efficiently, without blowing the budget.

In her spare time, Tara is also a Bid Writer, crafting compelling bids, awards submissions and capability statements.
