This renovation in Pāpāmoa Beach reimagined a traditional two-storey early noughties home into a durable, family-focused residence, redesigned for modern living and long-term performance in a coastal environment.

Originally built with a standard direct-fix cladding system, the home was comprehensively upgraded to meet current building standards and improve thermal performance and spatial functionality.

Improving the home’s moisture management was the top priority, so The Longview Group completed a full reclad, incorporating a cavity system and a complete reroof, transitioning to external guttering.
